We think it should be safe and easy to shop online, so it goes without saying that we follow the Swedish Consumer Agency’s recommendations and Swedish laws. For customers in other countries (EU, UK, Norway), we also comply with applicable consumer legislation in those jurisdictions.
When you place an order on our online store, you enter into a contract with us, which means, among other things, that you accept our terms and conditions of purchase described here.
1. Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Sweden: Prices shown in SEK (25% VAT).

EU: VAT is applied according to the EU’s One Stop Shop (OSS) regulations.

UK: Prices may be shown in GBP and include UK VAT (20%) if applicable.

Norway: For orders under 3,000 NOK, Norwegian VAT (25%) is collected at checkout under the VOEC scheme. For orders above 3,000 NOK, import VAT may be charged upon delivery.
In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, and shipping before checking out. We reserve the right for any inaccuracies in prices stated in the store and for changes in the range, e.g., Sales.
2. Payment Methods
Sweden
We assign our claim for payment for your purchase to Klarna Bank AB (“Klarna”). Klarna will send you a payment instruction where you pay directly to Klarna. For more details, see klarna.se.
International
For customers in the EU, UK, Norway, or elsewhere, we generally accept card payments, Klarna (where available), or other integrated payment methods displayed at checkout. If you cannot complete the purchase online, please contact us at info@stalhetta.se.
Pay only after you receive your order
Klarna offers Buyer Protection, meaning you don’t pay until you’ve received your goods, and Klarna assists with any issues. For more info: Klarna Buyer Protection.
3. Shipping Cost and Delivery
Sweden

Standard shipping: 69 SEK

Bulky items (e.g., large screens): 250 SEK

Delivery normally 4–10 days. Peak seasons or fairs can add delays.
Delivery goes to the nearest pickup point based on your address. Check your package for damage before leaving the pickup point and report any damage immediately to the deliverer.
If an order is out of stock, it’s placed on backorder and shipped as soon as available.
Uncollected packages are returned to us; we charge 200 SEK including VAT to cover costs.
Home Delivery (Sweden)
We offer home delivery for large screens in most areas. DHL will contact you to arrange time. If DHL cannot deliver to your address, we’ll discuss an alternative.
EU, UK, Norway
Shipping costs may differ from Swedish rates and will be shown at checkout or quoted by email. Delivery times vary depending on customs and typically range 5–15 days.
Norway (VOEC)
For orders under 3,000 NOK, we collect Norwegian VAT (25%) at checkout, so you won’t be charged import VAT upon delivery. For orders above 3,000 NOK, import VAT and any customs fees might be charged to you by the carrier.
4. Right of Withdrawal, Complaints, and Returns
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days under Swedish law, EU Consumer Rights Directive, and/or UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

The item must be unused and returned in its original condition/packaging.

Contact us first before sending anything back (we cannot accept returns without prior notice).

The returned goods must reach us no later than 10 days after we agree on the return.

If the item is used or damaged, we may deduct reasonable depreciation in value.
Return Shipping

We can book return shipping for 169 SEK (standard items) or 690 SEK (bulky).

If it’s under 1 kg, cost might be 69 SEK.

If you return an item as faulty but no error is found, a 200 SEK handling fee may apply.
Complaints (Faulty Items)

Once confirmed faulty, you’ll get a repair, replacement, or refund.

5. Handling of Personal Data
By submitting personal data (e.g., via info@stalhetta.se or during checkout), you consent to its storage in our database. We only share necessary details with payment and shipping providers to fulfill your order.

Klarna processes data for identification, credit checks, etc. (see Klarna’s policy).

6. Other
We reserve the right to change information (prices, specifications, product range) without prior notice. We always have the right to refuse or cancel an order and refund any payment received.
You must be 18 or older to shop with us. Fraudulent use of another person’s details is reported to the police.
In event of disputes, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish General Complaints Board (ARN), or equivalent in your country.
7. Sustainability
Our products are produced locally, which means minimal transport distance from our workshop to you. We reuse materials and packaging to reduce environmental impact.
